With unique venues offering a host of equally special experiences, residents often have plenty to do. But some of Concord’s most charming features are those attractions that are worth visiting more than once. And in many cases, it’s these attractions, offering memorable experiences, that serve as perfect marketing points to lure new tenants to your Concord rental property.

Iron-Horse Regional Trail

Another Concord attraction most residents visit more than once is the Iron-Horse Regional Trail. This multi-use trail connects Concord and Pleasanton and offers historical relevance with its proximity alongside the retired Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way. The trail is a favorite for exercise enthusiasts and novice walking patrons alike. It’s open to the public and connects business parks, schools, and even the BART public transportation.

There is free, onsite parking and three restaurants onsite for dining either before or after you take in the latest Hollywood release. Each movie experience is enhanced with 360-degree surround sound and a 60-foot screen that reaches wall to wall. Concession stands are available to keep your popcorn buckets full, but patrons can also enjoy a craft beer or hand-tossed pizzas at the Brenden Cinema Café. First-time visitors have such a memorable experience that they quickly turn into regular attendants.
